My son recommended Safelite AutoGlass to replace my broken windshield on my 94 OBS Chevrolet Silverado. I spoke with Kayle on the phone. She was a huge help setting my appointment with my insurance company. Matthew was my installer. He was amazing! Very courteous and knowledgeable young man! Had my old glass out and new one in in no time. Very impressed, and will be using them again in the future!

The service tech Safelite sent to change the windshield in my 2003 E-350 Super Duty was very professional, as well as prompt and courteous. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he pointed out what I did need. I'm highly satisfied with the work and conduct. It was easy to make the appointment, and they handled my insurance claim. Nothing bad to say

If I could leave 0 stars, that would be the review. I called them on Wednesday to get me on the schedule for a broken back windshield. They said they could come out Thursday, so I made an appointment. The time window was 12-5. I had been calling to try and get a less broad time estimate as I was sitting waiting for them to show. I called 5 times between 12-5 and nobody could get in contact with the shop or the technician. They estimated the service would take an hour so as 5 approached I started calling again. Yet again nobody could reach the shop or the technician. I was told multiple times during this experience that the manager Abigail should be reaching out to me about the inconvenience. I placed a complaint that night with one of the ladies on the service line. Friday comes and I wanted answers. When you hire a company who charges significantly more than comparative companies you expect them to show. They still couldn't reach the shop, the technician Baron, or the store manager Raul. They gave me customer services number and so I proceeded to call them to place a formal compliant. it was supposed to be sent directly to the district manager Jim Retapolis. He was supposed to cal

Safelite is the most dangerous business I've ever been exposed to. Don't go here, I beg you. I'm begging you because for 6 months I've been begging them and they can't be bothered. There is no way to file a complaint or claim through the entire company either. They caused thousands in damage that I now have to go to court for. The tech shattered the old windshield into millions of pieces, from shards to fine powder and left it all over the yard and vehicle. My air bags are full of glass, my air vents and AC blower, dash, floors, hood, seats, everywhere. They cut my interior panels, bent the fender, broke and improperly installed the wiper rain sensor. Don't forget the 4 airbags and my entire vehicle now contaminated with fine, powdered glass and shards. I've been back there 3 times, they admit it's on them, say they will work on the ordering the parts, but aren't able or willing to do the repairs. They will not ever, once ever, return any of the dozens of phone calls or emails. I'm now well over 10 hours of phone calls and 18-20 hours total. I don't have functional wipers, damaged interior and exterior panels and airbags they turned into explosive weapons. DON'T GO HERE, I beg you.

I had my windshield replaced because a rock hit it on the interstate. It was easy to make my appointment online. Once I arrived, the front desk was welcoming my and thoughtful. She informed me about what to expect and offered the waiting room or a call when my vehicle was complete. The technicians are knowledgeable and the job was seamless. Very clean and I drove to Tampa a couple days later without issues (road noise). Highly satisfied with the job. The fact that it comes with a warranty is a bonus.
